Pop Da Brown Hornet is a rapper from the Wu-Tang Clan affiliated group, GP Wu. The Undaground Emperor is his debut album, released in 2000. And I must say, he has an amazing flow. He rhymes over some light, but terrific beats that really emphasize how smooth of a rapper he is. On some tracks, he sounds rugged, though, almost like a higher pitched U-God. Go ahead and give it a download.

My Top 3 Tracks:

3. One Shot Deal

2. Black On Black Crime

1. Endangered Species

Rating: 7/10

Top 5 Music Downloading Softwares/Methods

If you're like me, then you like to download anything that you hear is dope or is recommended to you. With these 5 softwares, that is made possible.

1. uTorrent

(download at) www.utorrent.com

The reason I love uTorrent is how easy it is. You can basically find any mainstream album you want and download it. Most notable underground albums are found here too. uTorrent downloads full albums, so it is kept very organized. Plus, it automatically converts files to .mp3, so you can easily place it iTunes just by clicking "relocate". The only unfortunate thing is, independent albums and mixtapes are extremely difficult to find a good torrent for, so you may be a bit boned if you only use uTorrent.

Some good websites to find torrents are:

http://thepiratebay.sx/

http://kickass.to/

http://bitsnoop.com/

2. WinZip

(download at) http://www.winzip.com/win/en/index.htm

WinZip is a very useful tool, because it can deliver all kinds of underground music to your iTunes. What it does is allow you to use a .zip document, a common format used for online mixtapes and really old albums no one has made a torrent for yet. If you find a .zip file on your computer, and right-click, you will see the option "Extract All" which will immediately make a regular old mp3 folder of the album, using WinZip. I believe most computers come with it already installed, but if not, there is a free trial on the website above.

Some good websites to find .zip files are:

3. WinRAR

(download at) http://www.winrar.com/

WinRAR is like WinZip, but worse. It helps open .rar files. If you have one, just open it like it's a regular file, and it will be opened with WinRAR. Just drag the file from WinRAR into your library, and it will be an mp3 folder, ready for iTunes transferring. However, .rar files almost always take a really long time to download, and are a pain in the ass to find on the internet. Most sites also give ayou a download limit as well. You will most likely be barraged with pop-up ads and lots of link clicking to get one of these. But there are some positives to them. You can pretty much find any album you want, so it's perfect for very underground albums that you can't find a torrent for.

Some good websites to find .rar files are:

http://rapidgator.net/

http://www.4shared.com/

http://depositfiles.com/

4. FLVTO Youtube Downloader

(download at) http://www.flvto.com/

For me, this is basically a last resort, and one that doesn't even prove effective all the time. If you are completely unable to find a download for the album you're looking for, this is when you'd use FLVTO. There are a number of Youtube-mp3 converters, but I like FLVTO the best. You can use a limited version on the website, or the entire software with all the bells and whistles thanks to a free download. You just copy/paste the Youtube link into the bar in the program, and it will convert it to an mp3 file in the directory of your choice. It is extremely fast and easy to use, but it requires some organization from you to make it into an album. It is pretty much just useful for single songs, since an entire album will be made into only one huge file.

5. BeeMP3

http://beemp3.com/

If you just need one song and don't want go the Youtbe downloader route, BeeMP3 is a decent option, but one I would never use. It has a pretty big bank of songs, so you should be able to find what you're looking for. It saves it as an .mp3 file, which can be moved to iTunes as is. It is pretty easy to use, but is not helpful if you need a full album.

And that's about it folks. I hope this was useful to you, and I hope you can find some new tunes to jam to. More album review/download links coming up soon!

This is a pretty good album. A couple of great, entertaining MC's, Joe Mafia and Myalansky, both with a fast-paced flow. They have a Mafioso influenced style. If you're a fan of that Wu-Tang affiliate sound, I would recommend you download this one.

My Top 3 Tracks:

3. Ghetto Syringe (feat. 12 O'clock)

2. Latunza Hit

1. Muzzle Toe
